Hair stylist suites are equipped with a custom built styling station with granite tops, full length custom mirrors, Stylist chair with premium hydraulic pump base, backwash system with tilting sink and leg rest, hi-efficient dryer/chair combo unit, fatigue mat and iVAC system. Each suite also has a flat panel LED TV to view cable networks all included in your weekly rents.

Common areas include breakroom, on-site free use of laundry washers and dryers, beautifully decorated women’s and men’s restrooms, a private suite owner restroom, a large client lobby waiting area with complimentary coffee, tea bar and purified water. We provide a private salon suite owner’s lounge on our second floor as well as optional storage closets available on the second floor (ask for details).Treuvís also has a front desk hostess who greets your clients and contacts you when they have arrived for their appointment. Our Treuvís hostess also maintains the lobby, restrooms and the interior of the salon to keep Treuvís clean and pristine daily as well as make fresh coffee throughout the day. Ground maintenance, security system, intercom, WI-FI, cable and utilities such as gas, water and electric are all included within weekly rent.

All suites are wired with cable and phone lines. Phone company charges are the salon suite owner’s responsibility.
